This process helps us train smarter, not just harder. Instead of generic drills, our sessions are built around what actually happens in games.

How It Works

1. We Record Every Match

Our AI-powered Veo cameras automatically track the ball and record the full field. No camera operator needed—just complete footage of every game.

2. Expert Analysis Team Reviews the Footage

After each match, our team breaks down the footage:

Toti (Technical Director) - Oversees the process and ensures insights feed directly into our training plans
David (Video Analysis Manager) - Former player and certified Match Analyst who evaluates positioning, passing decisions, and in-game intelligence
Two Italian Video Analysts - Conduct in-depth match evaluations and create comprehensive reports

3. We Extract Key Insights

Our team evaluates:

Team positioning and spatial awareness
Passing efficiency and decision-making
Defensive and offensive organization
Critical moments that influence the game

4. Reports Shape Our Training

The insights from each match directly influence what happens at practice. If players struggle with spacing under pressure, that becomes the focus. If transitions are sloppy, we build drills to fix it.

Our Technical Director, Toti, spent over 20 years developing players at elite clubs like Palermo and Inter Milan. He believes the best players share one thing: the ability to make the right decisions at the right time. That's what we train.

David, our Video Analysis Manager, is a certified Match Analyst who even collaborated with neuroscientists to develop VR-based cognitive training programs. He brings that same level of expertise to DC Way Academy.
