DC Way Academy is always looking for passionate, skilled coaches who care about player development and want to be part of a club that values quality over shortcuts. If you love working with young athletes and believe in building confident, well-rounded players, we'd like to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

We hire coaches based on more than just their resume. We look for honesty, fairness, a genuine love for the game, and a passion for teaching. Every coach on our staff shares our core values: putting players first, promoting good sportsmanship, and building a supportive community both on and off the field.

Requirements:

• USSF coaching license (D License minimum, higher preferred) or equivalent

• Experience coaching youth players (recreational or competitive)

• Strong communication skills with players, parents, and staff

• Commitment to our club methodology and player development philosophy

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

• Background check clearance (required)
