Our four-person expert team is made up of specialists in football analytics, data evaluation, and player development:
1) Technical Director & Strategic Leader Toti is the driving force behind DC Way Academy’s player development philosophy. With years of experience in Europe’s top football academies, he ensures that video analysis is seamlessly integrated into our training programs, enabling players to maximize their growth.
2) Video Analysis Manager & Innovative Football Thinker David is an expert who merges football analysis with cutting-edge scientific and technological methods. A former player himself, he has an in-depth understanding of the game and uses data-driven insights to enhance player awareness, decision-making, and strategic intelligence.
For David, football is more than just a sport—it’s a tool for change, both on and off the field. This perspective led him to focus not only on technical performance but also on players' mental and tactical growth. In 2018, he completed the FA Talent Identification program, and in 2021, he became a certified Match Analyst through SICS. In 2023, at Romulea, he collaborated with a neuroscientist to develop VR-based cognitive training programs designed to improve young players' decision-making abilities under pressure.
Now at DC Way Academy, David plays a crucial role in analyzing match footage, evaluating player movements, passing accuracy, positioning, and in-game decision-making. He also provides our coaches with tactical insights to ensure that every player is improving in the best way possible.
3) Two Italian Video Analysts Supporting Toti and David are two experienced video analysts from Italy, who conduct in-depth match evaluations to create the most comprehensive reports. Their expertise helps refine our tactical approach and provide individualized performance insights for both team and player development.
