DC Way Academy was established with the purpose of providing that excellence in training and high-level gameplay for devoted soccer players. We strive to provide a unique, innovative, and productive environment for all athletes. Our club is devoted to challenging each player technically, psychologically, and physically. As a result, embracing a culture of growth. The goal of the program is to create and encourage a love for the game through high-level training, competitive play, and a focus on development above all.
DC Way Academy isn't concerned about wins and defeats. The growth of the individual and the team as a whole is the most important aspect of the academy. As a result, the player is always placed first. We initially focus on the personal development of our players rather than solely on the performance of the team.
There is no pressure to “win at all costs” at the DC Way Academy. Focus is placed on identifying and developing individual strengths, as well as an appreciation of the strengths and contributions of teammates. Individual growth through skilled coaching and player evaluation is important to us.
We commit to helping our players reach their full potential, instill a passion for the game, boost their confidence, and have a positive effect on their lives. To prepare them for success, we offer cutting-edge training sessions from highly experienced coaches. Our staff is certified and comprised of professionally licensed coaches that are exclusively dedicated to DC Way Academy training, using their vast knowledge of the game in their position and their personal playing experience. Our methods include high-intensity drills that translate into realistic gameplay. We don’t simply teach moves; we also teach why each move, drill, or skill is effective to help all of our players gain a deeper understanding of the game.
We measure our success based on the physical and mental improvements made by each child. A coach’s results are publicly on display at every event and game. We can measure the effects of a coach by a child’s beaming smile, appreciation, and sportsmanship shown. Our hope is that everyone involved in this program mirrors this philosophy at all times.
