Counselor-in-Training
Our CIT program is for kids ages 12-13 who want to take on a bigger role at DC Way. Whether you've been with us for years or you're new to the Academy, this is a chance to help out at camps and programs while picking up real leadership experience.
CITs work alongside our coaches, assist with younger players, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how we run things. You'll learn skills that matter both on and off the field - communication, confidence, how to step up when needed. And honestly? It's a great way to stay active and connected to the DC Way community.
This isn't just about filling time. CITs play an actual role here - helping coaches, mentoring younger kids, and contributing to what makes our programs work. You'll get hands-on experience, build connections, and develop skills that'll stick with you.
If you're looking for something meaningful to do this year, this could be it.
