  • Lateral Quick Steps – Move side to side in a low, balanced stance, keeping your body square to the ball.

  • Hurdle Hops – Jump over cones or small hurdles to improve explosive power.

  • Ladder Drills – Use an agility ladder to refine foot speed and coordination.

  • Shuffling & Diving Combo – Shuffle across a set distance, then dive for a ball at the end.
