2025 Annual Report

In 2025, DC Way Academy took significant steps forward in how we support players, families, and coaches. This annual report reflects on a year of intentional growth—from introducing coordinators to streamline communication, to hiring new coaches who share our commitment to player-first development, to launching our match analysis department that provides insights once reserved for professional academies.

We gave over $107,000 in scholarships, logged 50,000+ player-hours of soccer, and introduced the Challenge Level to expand opportunities for more families across DC. But beyond the numbers, this report is about the people: the coaches who invested in their craft, the families who showed up every weekend, and the players who made this season unforgettable.

As we look ahead to 2026, we're building on the foundations laid this year—stronger communication, deeper community connections, and an unwavering focus on developing the whole player.
